DOMESTIC

• FREE Standard shipping on all U.S orders $30 and up,  Please allow (1-4 business days for processing and shipping)

INTERNATIONAL 

• FREE STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on all orders $45 and up

All orders must be placed by 12pm Est to start processing on the same day, FreshSips Creations processing usually takes 1-2 business days based on orders placed between Monday - Friday

Refund Eligibility:

1. Product Returns: We accept returns for a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

2. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all refund requests.

3. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the situation and provide you with a suitable solution, including a replacement or refund.

4. Services: Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our customer support team for assistance regarding service-related refund requests.

Business Days And Holidays

All of our orders are shipped Monday - Friday, EXCLUDING federal holidays within the U.S. All order must be placed by 12pm Est to be processed on the same business day

We do not ship orders out on the following holidays

• July 4th
• Juneteenth 
• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Christmas Day
• Labor Day

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
